Q: How are the bedrooms arranged and what kind of beds are in each?

A: On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each having a queen-sized bed. There is a full-sized bath to serve them.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 having twin-sized beds and the 3rd one queen. There are 2 full-sized bathrooms on the 2nd floor.

The downstairs (basement) has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a half bath next to it.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Q: Do you have a laundry room?

A: Yes, we do. You are welcomed to use it – just bring your detergent, etc.

Q: Do we need to bring linens?

A: No, we provide all the linens.

Q: What is furnished in the kitchen?

A: We supply pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and some casserole dishes. If you have a special recipe that requires a certain sized dish, you may want to bring it. The kitchen has stove, double oven, microwave, trash compactor, toaster, griddle. We also have an outdoor grill.

Q: How far is it to the ski slope? The golf course?

A: About an 8 –10-minute drive to the ski slope; golf course, about 3 – 5 minutes.

Q: What about TVs and VCRs?

A: We have 2 TVs and 2 VCRs, and one DVD player.

Q: Is there a phone in the house?

A: Yes, the phone number is (505) 377-3145. You will need a phone card to make long distance calls on the phone.
